I operate this store independently and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This can include cancelling orders and refunding payments.

While I do my best to communicate all relevant information relating to all listings please note that mistakes can occur in product description and photos. I will provide more photos or answer any questions on any listing, please refer to my contact page to reach me.

Returns are accepted and return shipping is paid on all items that arrive damaged or not as pictured. Returns are only accepted if I am notified within 48 hours of delivery of any issues with an order.

Returns are accepted on all in print items within 14 days, buyer pays for shipping. Returns are not accepted on out of print items unless the item arrives damaged or not as pictured.

Refunds are issued after items are received.

All out of print sets are considered used.

For used manga expect some shelfwear and natural yellowing. The pictures shown in the listing are those of the item for sale. Notable damage or condition issues are pictured and disclosed in the listing.

For new sets please note that minor condition flaws from the distributor may be present and is not considered damage.

Domestic shipping within Canada is free above an order total of $75CAD.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. All orders include tracking. Orders will be shipped using Canada Post or Purolator. Expect handling times within 2-14 business days after receiving a tracking number.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of my control.

Shipping outside of Canada and the US is currently unavailable.

Shipping to the United States is free above a $150CAD order total. Under the current IEEPA manga is not liable for tariffs under code 4901.99.00.00, however any extra duties and/or import fees will fall upon the buyer.
